The Super League of Malawi (SULOM) has noted with deep concern, unsporting conduct of some
Mafco FC players during their league match against FCB Nyasa Big Bullets on Sunday, 6th October
2024 at Kamuzu Stadium in Blantyre.
SULOM strongly condemns such acts, and any forms of unsporting behaviour in the league.
Football is built under the tenets of fair play and respect.
As league administrators, we have taken note and reviewed the video plus images of this
unsporting behaviour and will take appropriate disciplinary action against the perpetrators.
The Super League of Malawi would like to sternly warn and remind all football players that they
should always exercise fairness in the field of play and all their acts must conform to the rules and
regulations of the game.
