FCB Nyasa Big Bullets head coach Wedson Nyirenda has been named the FDH Bank Premiership Coach of the Month for June after guiding his side to a perfect record during the month.
Nyirenda edged Enos Chatama of Ekhaya, Abbas Makawa of Civil Service United and Silver Strikers’ Peter Mgangira to the monthly accolade afetr leading his side to victories in both of their league matches played during the period under review.
His 100 percent record in June set him apart from the other nominees, who each registered one win and one draw in their two matches.
For winning the accolade, Nyirenda receives a cash prize of K500,000.
